Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 19, 2026 · Last updated: July 19, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that Newsletter Engine AI, a product and service of Extreme Results Technologies Inc., actually uses today. We audited our live application before publishing the table below rather than listing categories we don’t yet use — if we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and our consent tools before activating them.
1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
sb-<project-ref>-auth-token — Provider: Supabase (our authentication provider) — Purpose: keeps you signed in and identifies your account securely — Category: strictly necessary — Duration: for the length of your session, renewed automatically while you remain signed in — Party: first-party (set on our domain) — Essential or optional: essential — Legal basis: necessary for the performance of our contract with you — Opt-out: cannot be disabled without signing out, since it is required for the Service to function. NEXT_LOCALE — Provider: next-intl (our internationalization framework, first-party) — Purpose: remembers your selected language (English, Portuguese, or Spanish) — Category: preference — Duration: approximately 1 year, or until you change your language or clear your cookies — Party: first-party — Essential or optional: functionally necessary for a consistent multilingual experience, but not tied to a specific legal requirement to obtain prior consent — Legal basis: legitimate interest in remembering your preference — Opt-out: change your language selector at any time, or clear cookies in your browser.
2. Analytics Cookies
We do not currently set any analytics cookies. If we introduce a product analytics tool that uses cookies in the future, it will be listed here by name, provider, purpose, and duration before it is activated, and — where required by the GDPR/ePrivacy Directive or the LGPD — only after you have given consent through a cookie preference tool.
3. Advertising Cookies
We do not currently run advertising campaigns and do not set any advertising cookies, including any Meta Pixel or Google Ads cookie. If we introduce advertising cookies in the future, they will be listed here by name, provider, purpose, and duration, and will not be activated for EU, UK, or Brazil users before consent is obtained through a cookie preference tool.
4. Fraud Prevention Cookies
Stripe, our payment processor, may set its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and to secure the payment process. These cookies are controlled by Stripe under its own privacy practices, not by Newsletter Engine AI directly; see Stripe’s own privacy policy for details of any such cookie.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Because we do not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we do not yet operate a dedicated cookie preference center or "Accept/Reject/Manage" banner — building that consent-management tooling is a tracked next step before any non-essential cookie is introduced. Blocking the strictly necessary authentication cookie will prevent you from signing in.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We will update this Policy whenever the cookies we actually use change, and, for any new non-essential cookie subject to consent requirements, before that cookie is activated.
